I’ll try not to go off the deep-end here. I’m a big fan of Anti-_________. Anything really. But lets try to keep it simple.
What in your life are you not thankful for? What in your life are you fed up with? What do you wish you could kick to the curb? What aggravates you on a near daily/weekly/monthly basis that you would like to remove from your life?
What steps could you take to remove these things or problems as you see them from your life?
It is remarkably easy to come up with excuses, even if they don’t sound like excuses as you tell your self the reasons these things just have to be in your life for what ever reason.
I am missing very few things in my life. There is little that can make me a happier human being on the day to day, so I am starting to try to look at big picture stuff. Is there anything negative left I can still remove?
If you’re stuck on the small things in life, even if you don’t think I or anyone else can talk you through things that you want OUT of your life. I’d love to spend some time chatting with you.
Again I promise nothing. But a distant coworker a few years ago put in effort to making sure I understood my life was MY LIFE and now…I run this shit.
